Product Architecture

Enterprise Grade Scalability and Security

Neebula ServiceWatch was built from the ground up to support enterprise deployments, taking into account the scalability, high availability and security requirements of the most demanding organizations.

Non-intrusive and agentless

Neebula ServiceWatch is completely non-intrusive. It does not install an agent on the customer’s servers, nor does it in any way change the configuration or data of servers and applications.

Enterprise Ready Scalability Capabilities

The product’s architecture consists of several building blocks designed to support large enterprise environments. The product has a central server and additional information collection servers called collectors. A single server can communicate with one or more collectors, which distribute the discovery  load between them. The architecture can be scaled to support any size of organization through the adding of additional collectors as needed.

Fault Tolerance

Multiple collectors can also be used to achieve a fault-tolerant configuration through the assignment of  more than one collector per network area. In such a configuration, all collectors assigned to a given network area will distribute the load between them, and if one of the collectors fails, the others will automatically take over the duties of that failed collector.

Secure

Neebula ServiceWatch is built with security in mind, meeting the needs of the most secure organizations, like government agencies and financial corporations. Security features include credentials and communication encryption between the product’s components and within the repository.
