Yuval Cohen, CEO
Mr. Cohen has more than 20 years experience, with roles in general management, strategic marketing and technology leadership. Prior to co-founding Neebula, Mr. Cohen was Vice President of Marvell Semiconductor and General Manager of Marvell Software Solutions, Israel. In these roles he was responsible for Marvell’s successful software strategy, including networking software and complete software solutions for the enterprise, home and consumer markets. Mr. Cohen joined Marvell in 2003 through Marvell’s acquisition of Radlan Ltd., where he served as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering.
Ariel Gordon, VP Products
Mr. Gordon is a well known expert in the industry, with more than 20 years of experience in systems management. Prior to co-founding Neebula, Ariel was Chief Technology Officer at BMC Software. At BMC, Ariel was one of the creators of BMC’s Business Service Management (BSM) strategy and pioneered the creation BMC’s BSM Atrium integration infrastructure. Ariel joined BMC through the acquisition of New Dimension Software, where he served as VP of R&D and CTO. Ariel was a driving force behind New Dimension’s successful CONTROL product line which included CONTROL-M, the leading scheduling product in the market.
Shai Mohaban, CTO
Mr. Mohaban has more than two decades of experience in network management. Prior to co-founding Neebula, Shai was a co-founder and CTO at Kagoor Networks, a leader in the VoIP Session Border Control market. Juniper Networks acquired Kagoor in 2005 to integrate its products and VoIP expertise with Juniper’s routers and switches, and Shai became a distinguished engineer in Juniper. Prior to Kagoor, Shai was one of the key engineers at CLASS Data Systems, which developed the first QoS policy based management system for the enterprise market. In 1998, CLASS Data became Cisco’s first acquisition outside of the US. Shai holds 18 patents in networking.
